राजस्थान में जनगणना के लिए स्व-गणना का काम 1 मई शुक्रवार से शुरू हो जाएगा। इसके लिए अधिकृत पोर्टल पर जाकर परिवार के मुखिया या कोई भी एक सदस्य परिवार की जानकारी अपलोड कर सकेंगे।
Self-enumeration for the Rajasthan census will begin on Friday, May 1. The head of the family or any single member will be able to upload their family information on the official portal.
इसके बाद मकानों के सूचीकरण और मकानों की गणना (HLO) का काम 16 मई से 14 जून तक होगा।
After this, the work of house listing and house enumeration (HLO) will be done from 16th May to 14th June.
स्व-गणना का पोर्टल 1 मई से 15 मई के बीच खुलेगा।
जनगणना निदेशक बिष्णु चरण मल्लिक ने बताया कि स्व-गणना पोर्टल (https://se.census.gov.in) का उपयोग डेस्कटॉप अथवा स्मार्टफोन पर किया जा सकता है। स्व-गणना के बाद भी संबंधित प्रगणक आपके घर आकर सत्यापन एवं डाटा जांच करेगा।
ओटीपी किसी को भी शेयर नहीं करें। प्रगणक को भी नहीं, जब वह डेटा सत्यापन के लिए आए। जनगणना विभाग से आए फोन पर या किसी अन्य माध्यम कोई ओटीपी नहीं मांगा जाएगा।
Don’t share your OTP with anyone. Not even with the enumerator when they come to verify your data. You won’t be asked for an OTP over the phone or through any other means from the Census Department.
स्व-गणना में 33 प्रश्न: वह सबकुछ जो आपके लिए जानना जरूरी
परिवार/घर से जुड़े प्रश्न : मकान का नंबर/पहचान,(रिहायशी/व्यावसायिक), मकान (पक्का/कच्चा), कमरों की संख्या, परिवार के सदस्यों की संख्या, घर का मुखिया, पेयजल का मुख्य स्रोत, शौचालय की सुविधा, बिजली की उपलब्धता, रसोई गैस/ईंधन का प्रकार, घर में इंटरनेट/मोबाइल सुविधा आदि जैसे प्रश्न।
Family/Home related questions: Questions like house number/identification (residential/commercial), house (pucca/kutcha), number of rooms, number of family members, head of the household, main source of drinking water, toilet facility, availability of electricity, type of cooking gas/fuel, internet/mobile facility in the house etc.
व्यक्तिगत जानकारी : नाम, परिवार प्रमुख से संबंध, लिंग, जन्म तिथि/आयु, वैवाहिक स्थिति, विवाह के समय आयु, धर्म, अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति आदि संबंधी प्रश्न।
Personal Information: Questions related to name, relationship with head of family, gender, date of birth/age, marital status, age at marriage, religion, Scheduled Caste/Tribe etc.
शिक्षा से जुड़े प्रश्न : साक्षरता (पढ़ना-लिखना आता है या नहीं), शिक्षा का स्तर (प्राइमरी, सेकेंडरी, ग्रेजुएशन आदि), वर्तमान में पढ़ाई कर रहे हैं या नहीं।
Questions related to education: Literacy (whether you know how to read and write or not), level of education (primary, secondary, graduation etc.), whether you are currently studying or not.
रोजगार/आर्थिक गतिविधि से जुड़े प्रश्न : मुख्य काम/व्यवसाय, काम की श्रेणी (नौकरी, स्वरोजगार आदि), कार्य का स्थान, काम की अवधि (मुख्य/आंशिक)।
Questions related to employment/economic activity: Main job/occupation, category of work (job, self-employment etc.), place of work, duration of work (main/partial).
अन्य महत्वपूर्ण प्रश्न : विकलांगता की स्थिति (यदि कोई हो), मातृभाषा, अन्य भाषाओं का ज्ञान, जन्म स्थान, पिछला निवास, राष्ट्रीयता, जीवित बच्चों की संख्या (महिलाओं के लिए)।
Other important questions: Disability status (if any), mother tongue, knowledge of other languages, place of birth, previous residence, nationality, number of living children (for women).
असली-नकली प्रगणक की पहचान कैसे करें: आपके निवास पर आने वाले प्रगणक यानी मतगणना कर्मी से उनका अधिकृत परिचय-पत्र देखें। परिचय पत्र में QR code अंकित होगा। स्कैन पर प्रगणक की जानकारी की पुष्टि हो सकेगी।
How to identify a genuine or fake enumerator: Check the enumerator’s official identification card with the enumerator who visits your residence. The identification card will contain a QR code. Scanning this code will confirm the enumerator’s identity.
सुधार का भी ऑप्शन : स्व-गणना में डेटा अंकित करने के बाद प्री-व्यू दिखाई देगा। यदि आपको कुछ एडिट करना है तो ऑप्शन पर जाकर कर सकेंगे। फाइनल सबमिट करने के बाद एडिट नहीं होगा, लेकिन जब प्रगणक डेटा जांच के लिए आएंगे तो आप अपनी सूचना एडिट करा सकेंगे।
Correction option: After entering data in the self-enumeration, a preview will appear. If you need to edit something, you can do so by clicking on the option. Editing will not be possible after final submission, but when the enumerator comes to verify the data, you will be able to edit your information.
राज्यपाल व सीएम की अपील- सामूहिक रूप से स्व-गणना में हिस्सा लें
राज्यपाल हरिभाऊ बागडे और मुख्यमंत्री भजनलाल शर्मा ने प्रदेशवासियों से स्व-गणना में भागीदारी की अपील की है। उनका कहना है कि सामूहिक रूप से इसे उत्सव के रूप में मनाएं। राज्यपाल बागडे ने कहा कि ‘जनगणना’ का अर्थ है- शिक्षा, रोजगार, लिंग अनुपात, और जातिगत आंकड़ों के आधार पर राष्ट्र का सामाजिक दस्तावेज तैयार करना। सीएम का कहना है कि जनगणना केवल आंकड़ों का संकलन मात्र नहीं, बल्कि राष्ट्र के भविष्य की दिशा तय करने वाला एक महान राष्ट्रीय यज्ञ है।
Governor Haribhau Bagde and Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma have appealed to the people of the state to participate in the self-census. They say that it should be celebrated collectively as a festival. Governor Bagde said that the meaning of ‘census’ is to prepare a social document of the nation based on education, employment, sex ratio, and caste data. The Chief Minister said that it is not just a collection of ideal statistics, but a great national sacrifice that determines the future direction of the nation.
