राजस्थान के बेरोजगार युवाओं का सफाई कर्मचारी भर्ती से जुड़ा लंबा इंतजार अब खत्म होने जा रहा है, राज्य सरकार करीब 25 हजार सफाईकर्मियों की भर्ती करने जा रही है। हालांकि इस बार भर्ती प्रक्रिया में महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव करते हुए चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को सीधे स्थायी नियुक्ति नहीं दी जाएगी, बल्कि उन्हें पहले पांच वर्षों तक संविदा आधार पर कार्य करना होगा।
The long wait for unemployed youth in Rajasthan to recruit sanitation workers is about to end. The state government is planning to recruit approximately 25,000 sanitation workers. However, this time, significant changes have been made to the recruitment process, and selected candidates will not be given direct permanent employment, but will instead be required to work on a contract basis for the first five years.

राजस्थान संविदा भर्ती नियम-2022 के तहत स्वायत शासन विभाग इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया को अंतिम रूप देने में जुटा है। विभागीय अधिकारियों के अनुसार भर्ती की गाइडलाइन तैयार की जा रही है और जल्द ही आधिकारिक विज्ञप्ति जारी की जाएगी। इस भर्ती को राज्य सरकार के वार्षिक भर्ती कैलेंडर में शामिल किया गया है, जिससे प्रक्रिया शीघ्र शुरू होने की संभावना है।
The Department of Self-Governance is working to finalize this recruitment process under the Rajasthan Contract Recruitment Rules 2022. According to department officials, recruitment guidelines are being developed and an official notification will be issued soon. This recruitment has been included in the state government’s annual recruitment calendar, which is expected to enable the process to begin soon.
संविदा अवधि में मिलेगा फिक्स वेतन
सफाई कर्मचारी की इस भर्ती में संविदा अवधि के दौरान चयनित कर्मचारियों को निर्धारित फिक्स वेतनमान मिलेगा। पांच वर्षों तक उनके कार्य, अनुशासन और प्रदर्शन का मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा। संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन करने पर ही उन्हें स्थायी नियुक्ति का लाभ दिया जाएगा।
In this recruitment of sanitation workers, selected employees will receive a fixed salary during the contract period. Their work, discipline, and performance will be evaluated for five years. Only upon satisfactory performance will they be granted the benefit of permanent appointment.
एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी और ईडब्ल्यूएस वर्ग को मिलेगा नियमानुसार लाभ
स्वायत्त शासन विभाग के सचिव रवि जैन ने स्पष्ट किया कि इस भर्ती में किसी भी वर्ग को विशेष प्राथमिकता नहीं दी जाएगी। सभी नियुक्तियां सामान्य आरक्षण व्यवस्था के तहत की जाएंगी, जिसमें एससी, एसटी, ओबीसी और ईडब्ल्यूएस वर्ग को नियमानुसार लाभ मिलेगा। सरकार ने यह भी निर्देश दिए हैं कि सफाईकर्मियों से केवल सफाई कार्य ही कराया जाएगा, उन्हें अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्यों में नहीं लगाया जाएगा। इसका उद्देश्य शहरी सफाई व्यवस्था को अधिक प्रभावी बनाना है।
Ravi Jain, Secretary of the Department of Local Self-Governance, clarified that no category will be given special preference in this recruitment process. All appointments will be made under the general reservation system, with SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories receiving benefits as per the rules. The government has also directed that sanitation workers will be assigned only cleaning tasks and will not be engaged in other administrative work. This is intended to make the urban sanitation system more effective.
नगरीय निकायों से लिए गए सुझाव
विभाग ने बताया कि भर्ती को पारदर्शी और विवाद मुक्त बनाने के लिए कर्मचारी संगठनों और नगरीय निकायों से सुझाव लिए गए हैं। इससे पहले अनुभव प्रमाण-पत्रों की वैधता और फर्जी दस्तावेजों को लेकर कई बार भर्ती प्रक्रियाएं विवादों में रही हैं और इन्हें रद्द भी करना पड़ा था।
The department stated that suggestions have been taken from employee organizations and municipal bodies to ensure a transparent and controversy-free recruitment process. Previously, recruitment processes have been mired in controversy over the validity of experience certificates and fraudulent documents, often leading to cancellations.
