8 लाख अभ्यर्थी इंतजार में, 7 साल में 2 बार चतुर्थ श्रेणी भर्ती, 1 बार भी परीक्षा नहीं, 2019 की रद्द, 2025 की 5670 पदों वाली भी अटकी
राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट में चतुर्थ श्रेणी कर्मचारी भर्ती पिछले 7 साल में दो बार विज्ञप्ति निकाली गई, लेकिन अब तक एक बार भी परीक्षा आयोजित नहीं हो सकी। इस कारण 8 लाख से अधिक अभ्यर्थी लंबे समय से इंतजार कर रहे हैं और कई ओवरएज होने की स्थिति में पहुंच रहे हैं।
The Rajasthan High Court has issued two notifications for Class IV employee recruitment in the last seven years, but the exam has not been held even once. As a result, over 800,000 candidates have been waiting for a long time, and many are reaching the point of being overage.
हाईकोर्ट ने 2019 में 3678 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली थी, लेकिन 6 साल तक परीक्षा नहीं होने के बाद 2025 में इसे रद्द कर दिया गया।

इसके बाद 2025 में ही 5670 पदों पर दोबारा भर्ती निकाली गई, लेकिन एक साल बाद भी परीक्षा आयोजित नहीं हो सकी है। अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि वे वर्षों से परीक्षा का इंतजार कर रहे हैं, लेकिन अब तक तिथि घोषित नहीं हुई। लगातार देरी से उनका भविष्य अनिश्चित बना हुआ है। उन्होंने हाईकोर्ट प्रशासन से भर्ती परीक्षा जल्द आयोजित कराने की मांग की है।
Subsequently, in 2025, recruitment for 5,670 posts was announced again, but even after a year, the exam has not been held. Candidates say they have been waiting for the exam for years, but the date has not yet been announced. The continued delay leaves their future uncertain. They have demanded that the High Court administration conduct the recruitment exam soon.
आवेदन शुल्क : सामान्य वर्ग की फीस 333% बढ़ी, ₹150 से सीधे ₹650
वर्ष 2019 में सामान्य, ओबीसी, ईडब्ल्यूएस व एमबीसी वर्ग के लिए 150 रुपए और एससी, एसटी व दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थियों के लिए 100 रुपए शुल्क रखा गया था। 2025 में नई भर्ती में शुल्क बढ़ाकर सामान्य, ओबीसी व एमबीसी (क्रिमिलेयर) के लिए 650 रुपए, ओबीसी/एमबीसी (नॉन क्रिमिलेयर) व ईडब्ल्यूएस के लिए 550 रुपए और एससी, एसटी के लिए 450 रुपए कर दिया गया।
In 2019, the fee was ₹150 for General, OBC, EWS, and MBC categories, and ₹100 for SC, ST, and differently-abled candidates. In 2025, the fee was increased to ₹650 for General, OBC, and MBC (Creamy Layer), ₹550 for OBC/MBC (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS, and ₹450 for SC and ST.
चयन प्रक्रिया तय, लेकिन परीक्षा बाकी
अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि इंटरव्यू में 10वीं पास को प्राथमिकता देने का निर्णय सकारात्मक है, लेकिन परीक्षा नहीं होने से इसका लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहा। इस भर्ती में लिखित परीक्षा के 85 अंक और इंटरव्यू के 15 अंक निर्धारित हैं।
Candidates say that the decision to prioritize 10th-grade pass candidates for interviews is positive, but the lack of an exam is preventing them from reaping its benefits. This recruitment process involves 85 marks for the written exam and 15 marks for the interview.
आखिर किसे सुनाएं पीड़ा
अभ्यर्थियों का कहना है कि वे इस भर्ती के लिए दो बार आवेदन कर चुके हैं। पहली बार आवेदन करने के बाद 6 साल तक परीक्षा का इंतजार किया, लेकिन भर्ती रद्द कर दी गई। दूसरी बार पद बढ़ने से राहत तो मिली, लेकिन शुल्क बढ़ने से आर्थिक बोझ बढ़ गया। उनका कहना है कि अब तक परीक्षा नहीं होने से वे परेशान हैं और हर जगह गुहार लगाने के बावजूद सुनवाई नहीं हो रही। उन्होंने भर्ती परीक्षा जल्द कराने की मांग की है, ताकि बेरोजगारों को राहत मिल सके।
Candidates say they applied for this recruitment twice. After applying the first time, they waited six years for the exam, but the recruitment was canceled. The second time, the increase in positions brought relief, but the increased fees increased their financial burden. They say they are distressed by the lack of an exam so far, and despite pleading everywhere, their pleas remain unheard. They have demanded that the recruitment exam be held soon, so that the unemployed can find relief.
