राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग की ओर से निकाली गई सहायक अभियोजन अधिकारी-एपीओ (गृह विभाग-अभियोजन) के 371 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए आवेदन शुरू हो गए हैं। इन पदों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 7 जुलाई है।
Applications have begun for the 371 Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) positions (Home Department – Prosecution) announced by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission. The deadline for online applications for these positions is July 7th.
महत्वपूर्ण तिथि व निर्धारित आयु सीमा
इस भर्ती की प्रारंभिक परीक्षा का आयोजन 2 सितंबर को किया जाना प्रस्तावित है। आयु सीमा 1 जनवरी 2027 को न्यूनतम 21 साल और अधिकतम 40 साल से कम होनी चाहिए। आयोग द्वारा यह पद साल 2024 में विज्ञापित किए गए थे।
The preliminary examination for this recruitment is scheduled to be held on September 2. The age limit should be at least 21 years and not more than 40 years as of January 1, 2027. These positions were advertised by the Commission in 2024.
इसके बाद आयु की गणना 1 जनवरी 2025 को आधार मानकर की गई। हालांकि इन पदों के लिए कोई विज्ञापन जारी नहीं किया। इसलिए अभ्यर्थियों को अधिकतम आयु सीमा में एक साल की अतिरिक्त छूट दी जाएगी।
Age was then calculated as of January 1, 2025. However, no advertisement was issued for these positions. Therefore, candidates will be given an additional one-year age relaxation in the upper age limit.
अभ्यर्थियों का चयन प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के माध्यम से किया जाएगा। प्रतियोगी परीक्षा दो चरणों में प्रारम्भिक परीक्षा व मुख्य परीक्षा के रूप में ली जाएगी।
Candidates will be selected through a competitive examination. The competitive examination will be conducted in two stages: a preliminary examination and a main examination.
यह रहेगा परीक्षा शुल्क
सामान्य (अनारक्षित) और राजस्थान के क्रीमीलेयर श्रेणी के अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/अति पिछड़ा वर्ग के आवेदक के लिए 600 रुपए।
600 for General (Unreserved) and Creamy Layer Category OBC/EXT applicants of Rajasthan.
राजस्थान के नॉन क्रीमीलेयर श्रेणी के अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग/अति पिछड़ा वर्ग, आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग और दिव्यांग के लिए 400 रुपए।
Rs 400 for Other Backward Classes/Extremely Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and Divyangs of non-creamy layer category of Rajasthan.

अभियोजन विभाग में लंबे समय से रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए इस भर्ती को महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है। पदों की संख्या के लिहाज से यह हाल के वर्षों की सबसे बड़ी एपीओ भर्ती है। परीक्षा तिथि पहले से घोषित होने से अभ्यर्थियों को तैयारी के लिए करीब तीन माह का समय मिलेगा।
This recruitment is considered crucial to fill long-standing vacancies in the prosecution department. In terms of the number of positions, this is the largest APO recruitment in recent years. The advance announcement of the exam date will give candidates approximately three months to prepare.
आयोग सचिव राम निवास मेहता ने बताया कि अभ्यर्थी राजस्थान सिंगल साइन ऑन (एसएसओ) पोर्टल के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकेंगे। भर्ती से संबंधित शैक्षणिक योग्यता, आयु सीमा, आरक्षण और परीक्षा योजना का विस्तृत विवरण विज्ञापन में उपलब्ध है।
Commission Secretary Ram Niwas Mehta stated that candidates will be able to apply online through the Rajasthan Single Sign-On (SSO) portal. Detailed information regarding educational qualifications, age limits, reservations, and examination scheme is available in the advertisement.
पिछली भर्ती कोर्ट तक पहुंची थी, इस बार पहले से 190 पद अधिक, अवसर भी बढ़े
The previous recruitment had reached the court, this time 190 more posts than before, opportunities have also increased.
एपीओ पदों के लिए इससे पहले वर्ष 2024 में 181 पदों पर भर्ती निकाली गई थी। पात्रता संबंधी विवाद के कारण यह भर्ती चर्चा में रही और मामला राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट से होते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंचा था। अब 2026 की भर्ती में पिछली बार की तुलना में 190 पद अधिक रखे गए हैं।
Previously, 181 APO positions were recruited in 2024. This recruitment drive was hotly debated due to eligibility issues, and the matter reached the Supreme Court via the Rajasthan High Court. Now, in the 2026 recruitment, 190 more positions have been added than in the previous recruitment.
